Subsequent Appointments

After your initial appointment, we will begin implementing your plan of care. Typically we would meet either once a week or every other week and focus on healthy coping skills, increasing your awareness, and discussing the progress you've made between sessions.

Individual: 50 minutes / $170

Couples: 50 minutes / $200

You are protected by Federal Law against surprise medical bills. You can review your rights here.

INSURANCE

I am not in network with any insurance panels at this time. If you want to use your insurance, I recommend researching your insurance's out-of-network benefits. I can help you by providing the paperwork you would need to submit to them for out-of-network consideration for reimbursement, but ultimately it's up to them on whether they'll cover it.

PAYMENT

I accept HSA, FSA, credit, debit, check, and cash payment. Payment is due at the time of service. You may pay online through the client portal or set up automatic payments. A card on file is required to make an appointment, even if you're paying with cash or check.

CANCELLATION

Please note that I bill the full amount of the session fee for cancellations and changes made with less than 48 hours notice. You will receive appointment reminders 72 hours in advance, giving you a day to cancel or reschedule if you need to. It's also easy to make schedule changes on the client portal, or you can just call or email me to let me know.
